I've really been appalling at keeping this updated, and at staying in touch with anyone over the last few weeks. Could fill this space with excuses, but I'd rather not waste anyone's time.
Life has been steadily improving over the last few months after the abomination of 2001: A Waste Odyssey. I have been busy with work and learning new things and practicing old ones when I'm not on a call or publicizing the company. Bought a cheap, used Mac to get my knowledge level as high as it is on the Wintel platform, and networked the apartment, for example.
G and I had a nice weekend of doing nothing except going to an ale festival this weekend, which was lovely, although one can get kind of an overhopped, yeasty feeling after a while. I swear to God, the whole back room of the thing smeled like egg-farts by the end of the evening. It was fun though and really nice to just spend some time hanging out together. That's been in short supply with work, school, etc. keeping u both running in opposite directions a lot of the time.
Anyway, tomorrow is a party for Comdex, the computer expo here, and before that I have a proposal to finish. I'm going to have the webcam on a lot more, if you care.
I promise this will be updated more this week. And if you haven't heard from me, you will.
